OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Petrogas E&P LLC is a holding company for its Joint Venture and subsidiaries in Oman and International namely:

• Daleel Petroleum – Operator of Block 5, associated with Mazoon Petrogas SAOC (Joint Venture –JV)
• Petrogas Rima LLC – Operator of Rima clusters under PDO (Subsidiary)
• Petrogas International E&P Cooperative U.A (Subsidiary).

Engaged with above indicated businesses, Petrogas E&P LLC is committed to:

• Protecting all concerned parties from injuries and occupational health illness including viral epidemic or pandemic at our workplaces.
• Protect the environment from pollution and damages.
• Safeguarding all assets and properties from damage and deterioration.
• Ensure that Petrogas E&P LLC complies with all legislation relating to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment.

• During the epidemic or pandemic outbreak based on governmental emergency declaration and Corporate Crisis Management Team, Petrogas E&P LLC at all operative areas, shall immediately implement necessary precautions to protect workers from exposure and to lessen the exposure to as low as reasonably practicable.
• The organization will take steps to ensure that all statutory duties are always met at the operation areas
• Make management commitment and leadership towards occupational health, safety, and environmental protection visible, distinct, and clear
• Management will provide top-level support of safety program initiatives. Management also will keep informed about workplace safety and health hazards, and it will regularly review the company safety and health program.
• Allocate funds and resources to achieve occupational health, safety, and environmental protection goals
• Ensure a safe workplace for all workers who are directly or indirectly under the sphere of influence of Petrogas E&P LLC and its Contracting Companies
• Provide safe equipment and logistics
• Ensure that all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training, in the effort to eliminate workplace hazards or to keep as low as reasonably practicable.
• Set objectives and targets through company strategies, action plans, corrective actions, and continuous monitoring with the participation of all employees / workers
• Workers have been given full authority to stop any work which, in their opinion, poses a threat to health, safety and the environment. Therefore, it is the duty of workers to intervene in any unsafe acts and actions that violating QHHSE policies of immediately Petrogas E&P LLC
• Manage occupational health and safety and environment as required by ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015
• Be fully prepared to respond to any emergency.
• Provide suitable injury management and return to work program.
• Petrogas is responsible for identifying, documenting, and reviewing environmental elements as well as its objectives and purpose to perform its operation in a way that minimizes the environmental risk to a minimum practicable level.
• Minimize the impact of our operations on the environment and set standards and procedures which are applicable to continuous improvement, protect the environment, prevent pollution, control emissions, and ensure optimum use of natural resources and reduction of wastes.
• Foster a workplace environment where continual improvement and learning points from our mistakes are embraced by all workers.

Petrogas E&P LLC shall continue to pursue this policy through strong management commitment and the Policy shall be reviewed periodically for continual improvement.
